The concept of this product is great
and it does a great job once you get used to it. However, it takes a little bit of time to understand how it works. My main complaint is that it can be difficult to twist and change the days with the big white cup attached. I bought this for my aging mother and even I had trouble turning it. I found that I had to remove the white cup and turn it from the bottom. With the cup on, it was just too difficult to turn. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this product
